Customer success manager

Maximizing clients’ value from our technology

What you will do:

  • Act as the ongoing point of contact for our clients
  • Handle onboarding of new clients
  • Provide quick and responsive ongoing technical and administrative support
  • Understand our clients unique needs and how they utilize our technology
  • Keep track of new product developments and help clients make the best use of them
  • Communicate desired software requirements to product management team
  • Acquire industry knowledge related to general trends, use cases, and emerging technologies
  • Frequent travel to Europe, US and Australia
  • Report to VP of Customer Success

Whom we are looking for:

  • Masters degree in engineering or science
  • 3-5 years’ experience in account management at a reputable company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Native Mandarin Chinese, fluent English
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and creative problem solving skills
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
